Accepted Answer

Yes. We sell genuine, factory-sealed products manufactured by Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim, and MSD. Same active ingredients, same formulations, same packaging.

Question 3

How do I choose the right product for my pet?

Accepted Answer

Select a product based on your pet type (dog or cat) and their weight. Each product page includes a weight selector to ensure you get the correct dosage. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian for guidance.

Every product we ship has a minimum of 12 months until its expiry date. If we cannot guarantee this for any item, we will contact you before shipping to offer alternatives or a full refund.

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping to the USA and Canada takes 7 to 14 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. All orders include tracking.
