All products sold through our website are genuine, APVMA-registered veterinary medications sourced from licensed Australian distributors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before starting any new medication for your pet, and follow the dosage instructions on the product label.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud, if the order exceeds reasonable personal-use quantities, or if the product is unavailable.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe via Shopify). We do not store your payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal service disruptions, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

5. Import Responsibility

Our products are legal to sell and export from Australia under APVMA over-the-counter classification. When you place an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing products for personal use on your own animals
• Ownership of goods transfers to you once the order leaves our facility
• From that point, you are considered the importer of the goods into your country
• It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local import regulations
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility
• You will not resell products purchased from us

US and Canadian regulations generally permit individuals to import personal-use quantities of veterinary medications. However, customs authorities retain the right to inspect, delay, or return any parcel. We do not guarantee that your order will clear customs.

6. Customs-Returned Orders

If your parcel is returned by customs, we will refund the full product cost upon confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable for customs-returned orders unless you purchased shipping protection at checkout. Claims must be made within 30 days of your order date.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
